Wildcrafting your own herbs is a rewarding lost art & invaluable survival knowledge! I will walk you through step by step on how to identify each herb, what's its pros & cons are. How to harvest it, prepare it for food or supplies, including drying & storing. Learn how to make tinctures, elixirs, poultices, drinkable meds as well as how to use them for foods. Learn their health benefits. How to regrow more of the same, if it is rare. This will be an interactive workshop. You will be provided a list of supplies to bring with you to class, prior to beginning. (easily obtainable & inexpensive list, no worries) *Up to 2 people per booking. *4 wk course, 1 hr per wk on Mondays @ 6PM EST
